Correct technique is very important and if you're not doing the technique properly, your reps just won't count and you will be told to stand up. Watch the PTI led tutorial videos which will give you a clear idea of what is expected and then train within these guidelines. If you're finding it tough, regress the exercise (do push ups on your knees) and progress to full when you can manage 20 on your knees with good form. Train regularly and adopt a meet or beat policy. (If you managed 25 the day before ..do at least 25 or more the next session)
